I heard a lot about Mono Diet and think to do a trial.
my first idea on this mono diet is NUTELLA MONO DIET!
looking for some rules and decided to make 'my own' rules...
hehehehe
WHAT IS Mono Diet?
Mono Diet is a diet that allow you to eat one type of food, e.x: NUTELLA Mono Diet, u can't eat anything but NUTELLA and u can eat NUTELLA as much as you want through the day! Fun isn't it?
WHAT I CONSUME :
i eat Nutella 200gr and 500ml water
HOWS THE RESULT?
Start : 9/10/2014
Weight : 51 kg
Finish : 9/10/2014
Weight : 50 kg
MORE INFORMATION :
- 200 gr NUTELLA
- 500 ml Water
- first spoon full of nutella i consumed at 11am
- last spoon of nutella at 7.30 pm
- i didnt eat anything before 7am and after 8pm <<< habits
- i use analog scale, so i'm not sure about the number after comma, but i'm pretty sure its less than 0,5 kg
