So, yesterday on 10 October i do a peanut butter mono diet trial. For one day.
The taste of peanut butter not really good but i enjoy it... and... here's the result.
What I Consumed :
- 150 gr Peanut Butter (Morin)
- 330 ml Cocacola Zero
- and, Water ofcourse, less than 2 lt.
Start : 10/10/2014
- First spoon of peanut butter @ 9.am
- Weight : 50 kg
End : 10/10/2014
- Last spoon of peanut butter @ 8.pm
- Weight : 50.2 kg
More Information :
- Sleep at 1.am
- No exercise
- Drink less than 2 lt
- Drink Cocacola Zero
Peanut Butter make me gaining. lucky me, it's just 200gr. my result better than the others
I think i'll do peanut butter mono without cocacola zero to know the actual result.
And today, i eat 500 kcal.
my weight at morning is 50kg AGAIN! yeay! *partydance*
